Aefyt highlights the role of evaporative cooling in the EU
Given its relevance, we echo the article published in
Aefyt highlights the advantages that evaporative cooling equipment has in the “Energy and Climate Framework” developed by the EU for the period 2021/2030, by reducing CO2 emissions and increasing energy efficiency.
Among the EU’s objectives is a 40% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and an improvement in energy efficiency of 32.5%, for whose parameters evaporative cooling can play an important role.
On the one hand, evaporative refrigeration equipment bases its operation on water to generate cold, which does not provide CO2 emissions, and on the other hand, generates greater energy savings than other alternatives.
